WHERE ARE YOUR COLLOSOL PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?

All Collosol bottles are manufactured and packaged in France and therefore meet the strict standards in force in the European Union.

WHAT IS THE VALIDITY OF THE PRODUCTS?

We mention the PAO, that is to say the Period After Opening. So you can see on our bottles, a pictogram representing an open pot indicating the recommended period of use, once the packaging is opened. It is 12 months for Collosol.

CAN COLLOSOL EAU DE LAIT BE USED FOR CHILDREN?

Our products are tested under dermatological control and evaluated by an expert toxicologist. However, as we have not conducted clinical trials under medical control on this target population, we recommend, as a precautionary principle, not to use the product on children.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?

We comply with European regulations on the subject and do not carry out animal testing.

The full list of ingredients is indicated on each product in accordance with current regulations.

MY ORDER

CAN I ORDER ON COLLOSOL.COM FROM ABROAD?

We only deliver to Metropolitan France (Corsica included, DOM-TOM excluded) and Monaco.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED?

After placing an order on our site, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your purchases. If within 24 hours of validating your order, you have still not received a confirmation email, we invite you to check whether it has arrived in your "Junk Mail" folder by mistake. If this is not the case, do not hesitate to contact us via the "Contact Us" section - we will get back to you as soon as possible.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY ORDER NUMBER?

To find your order number, go to your My Account / My Orders area. Your order number is also on the order confirmation email.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED TO PAY FOR MY PURCHASES?

You can pay for your purchases only by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, MasterCard), directly on our website www.collosol.com via the secure 3D secure interface of our partner Crédit du Nord. We do not accept payments by check.

IS PAYMENT SECURE?

Online payment on our site is 100% secure. We do not store any banking data on our servers.

DELIVERY

WHAT ARE THE COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES?

Delivery costs depend on the weight of the package being shipped and the delivery method chosen. They are indicated to you when you place your order and we ask you to select your delivery method. You will always have two delivery cost options: the cost for home delivery or a La Poste collection point, the cost for delivery to a retailer (Pickup collection point or Pickup Station locker). Delivery times, regardless of the method chosen, are 2 to 5 working days once your order has been shipped by us. We process and ship orders on working days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are processed and shipped the following Monday.
