Another detail to take into account are skin conditions, such as sensitivity or dehydration. These particularities can be found in all skin types and can be easily resolved. Again, it is enough to know how to recognize them to be able to remedy them more easily.
So, if our skin does not see its needs met, it can quickly make life difficult for you: dull complexion, imperfections (acne spots, clogged pores), itching, tightness, worsening of its condition(s). The skin then quickly loses its suppleness and the first signs of aging can quickly appear.

Factors responsible for dull complexion and blemishes

So skin type cannot be changed, but behind skin conditions there are many factors responsible for epidermal imperfections.
External aggressions, first of all, are difficult to escape. Many are natural: the sun, allergies, bad weather, etc. Each season has its share of unpleasantness for the skin : summer and its UV rays, winter and its freezing temperatures. Mid-season is perhaps the least appreciated by the epidermis: during these periods, the weather and temperatures experience sudden changes from one day to the next, which leaves little time for the skin to prepare. But these external aggressions can also be linked to life in an urban environment, such as pollution, or to shower water that is too hard, for example.
Other aggressions can come from your habits: poor diet, neglected or inadequate skin hygiene, lack of water, constant anxiety, etc. These are all factors that can have a more or less direct impact on the beauty and good health of your skin.

Adopt a healthy lifestyle

The skin is a reflection of what is happening inside the body. The desire to have healthy and clear skin is one more reason to put an end to your bad habits!
You have probably already noticed that after eating too much fatty food or drinking too much alcohol, your skin is immediately impacted: dull complexion, acne spots and blackheads, and many other annoyances. At this moment, your body is indeed overwhelmed by this significant intake of toxins. The organs redouble their efforts to evacuate them but quickly find themselves saturated. Another is then called upon: the skin. This is how the body gets rid of all the accumulated toxins, and imperfections can then appear. To take care of your skin, limit rich foods, processed products, too sweet or too salty, and consume alcohol in moderation.
Skin dehydration problems are sometimes simply linked to insufficient water intake. But if left untreated, this problem can quickly lead to the appearance of the first signs of aging. To provide it with the hydration it needs, remember to drink water regularly throughout the day, at least 1.5 liters.
Anxiety can also indirectly have a stressful effect on the skin, which then suffers the harmful effects: loss of suppleness and radiance, appearance of imperfections and the first signs of aging. Relaxing and taking time for yourself is therefore essential to do good to your skin. These moments can be moments of rest, because it is during the night that your skin repairs itself in depth! Make sure you get a good night's sleep, long enough, to promote the cellular regeneration of your epidermis and have beautiful, clear skin.
Finally, regular exercise is essential for your health as well as for the beauty and radiance of your skin. Adopt the right beauty routine

Be gentle with your eyes

By holding it to your face, you bring all these impurities and their harmful effects on the epidermis to your skin. So clean your phone regularly with a wipe! This is also the case for makeup brushes, which should be washed regularly when the pigments are too impregnated, or even your pillowcase, which should be washed at least once a week.
Very often, you may naturally bring your hands to your face. By reflex and habit, you therefore bring these germs to your face, responsible for the appearance of imperfections. Therefore, avoid touching your face with your hands as much as possible during the day. Wash your hands regularly, and especially before applying your makeup or skincare.
