How to make a homemade bubble bath?

There are thousands of ways to take a bath: with or without music, with or without candles, with or without bath salts. While the most equipped will enjoy a scented atmosphere with the help of an essential oil diffuser, others will integrate these products directly into the bath water.

How to make homemade bath foam?

As for foam, we like it dense and fragrant. To obtain this foam and make it last, several options are available to you. You can adopt a bubble bath in the form of gel, shower cream or bath bomb, or make the treatment yourself. Don't panic, even if the task may seem difficult in appearance, in reality, it is not.

DIY: the relaxing bubble bath

Bubble baths are one of the most effective ways to relax. For adults or children, bubble baths, with their warm water and comforting bubbles, offer a moment of choice care. Slipping into a bubble bath is just as satisfying as making the lotion that will make your bathtub foam. To make a relaxing homemade bubble bath, you need the following ingredients: • 20 cl of liquid neutral soap base • 5 cl of vegetable glycerin • 5 drops of chamomile essential oil • 5 drops of lavender essential oil • 1 tablespoon of organic sweet almond oil • 1 teaspoon of sugar In a container, pour the neutral soap and add the sugar and glycerol. The sugar and glycerol allow the neutral soap to foam more densely and for longer. Incorporate the chamomile essential oil, lavender essential oil and organic sweet almond oil. Transfer the contents of the container into a bottle and shake vigorously. Let it sit for 24 hours before pouring your homemade bubble bath under running water. To decorate, sprinkle the bath foam with dried lavender flowers. Relaxation guaranteed !

Replace bubble baths with milk baths

Milk baths are a great alternative for those with sensitive and dry skin. Dairy products are full of unsuspected properties . Purifying, antioxidant and exfoliating, milk baths, like bubble baths, can be personalized according to your desires and the needs of your body.

The benefits of milk on the body

Milk has been a miracle product for centuries. From Cleopatra to Karl Lagarfeld, milky lotions have seduced the most delicate skin. And for good reason! Rich in vitamins, pantothenic acid and zinc, it is the ideal partner for purifying the epidermis. Unlike bubble bath, it has a definite advantage: it has anti-blemish benefits. The lactic acid it contains gets rid of dead cells and impurities and effectively lightens the epidermis.

How to take a milk bath?

To start, you will need a base: pour 3 caps of Collosol Eau de Lait into the hot bath water and let yourself be intoxicated by its sweet orange blossom scent. This milky lotion, adopted by Vanessa Paradis and Camille Rowe among others, is formulated without paraben, without surfactants and tested under dermatological control. Immerse your body, face and hair in a bath of Collosol Eau de Lait to soothe your skin and perfume your hair. To personalize your milky bath, first think about what your body needs. In winter, the skin requires an extra dose of hydration and nutrition. To do this, turn to vegetable oils, honey, bath salts or white clay. In summer, under the rays of the sun, your skin needs to be soothed. Let oatmeal infuse in a fabric bag before immersing your body in your milk bath or bubble bath. Oats have the virtue of calming irritations, burns and itching. In all seasons, bubble baths overcome tensions. A moment of relaxation that we willingly offer ourselves, bubble baths can be done in a DIY version. Bubble baths made yourself effectively replace the treatments offered in stores. Making your own bath treatments is a good way to control the ingredients found in them and to avoid the presence of controversial components. To offer your body and your skin a moment of intense relaxation, opt for a milk bath with soothing and antioxidant benefits. What if the solution to all your problems was to take baths?
